During this workshop, Chef Catherine Bérubé will teach you the basics of layout, prep and rolling techniques to successfully prepare your sushi. Choose between our omnivore traditional sushi workshop with fish or our Vegan alternative. Both are 100% delicious, and of course 100% GF.
In either workshop, we will cover themes such as preparing sushi rice, crafting beautiful trimmings and ultimately preparing sushi rolls as beautiful and delicious as those in a restaurant.
Forget store-bought marinated ginger, we'll teach you how to prepare your very own, with no additives or conservation agents.
Your workshop will culminate in a sit-down tasting session in our boutique, which will be exclusively reserved for you. Take the time to taste and enjoy your very own creations.
